About the role
- Manage one or more projects related to the development or design of technical products
- Analyze requirements, define project scopes and monitor progress with Market Managers
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (support teams, engineering/design offices, production)
- Drive the technical development of product offerings
- Oversee technical, budgetary and documentation management for projects or work packages
- Participate in risk management and the definition of plans to completion (PàT)
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, safety and environmental requirements
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role within a demanding environment (defence, space, aerospace, precision mechanics)
- Technical skills (Must have): Strong command of product lifecycle processes
- Ability to manage complex technical specifications
- Cross-functional understanding of the financial and technical aspects of a project
- Good professional level of English
- Interpersonal skills: Sense of responsibility and ability to engage and mobilize teams
- Proactive, supportive, with technical leadership qualities
- Long-term strategic vision
