About the role

  • The Administrative and Financial Manager is responsible for the financial, administrative and organizational management of the organization, playing a central role in coordination, governance and securing operations.
  • Acts as the back-office point of reference, ensuring the robustness of processes, regulatory compliance and effective collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Structuring and formalizing back-office processes
  • Contributing to governance and internal documentation
  • Implementing clear, shared and well-known procedures
  • Supervising accounting (in-house and/or outsourced)
  • Budget monitoring, cash management and financial reporting
  • Participation in non-routine/exceptional financial operations
  • Supporting audits and due diligence exercises
  • Liaison with external advisors (accountants, auditors, legal counsel)
  • Handling routine legal matters
  • Coordination with external advisors
  • HR administrative management (onboarding, offboarding, employee entries and exits)
  • Coordination with payroll providers
  • Monitoring international mobility matters where applicable
  • Coordination role between executive management, IT providers and security functions
  • Contributing to the identification and mitigation of IT and cyber risks

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in finance, accounting, audit or management
  • Proven experience of around ten years in accounting and finance roles
  • Demonstrated experience in a regulated environment
  • Exposure to back-office / finance & administration / control functions
  • Experience or a strong interest in IT, cybersecurity and governance topics
  • Solid accounting and financial foundation
  • Understanding of regulatory environments
  • Ability to manage external service providers
  • IT and cybersecurity awareness
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Structured and rigorous approach
  • Proactivity and strong anticipatory skills
  • Reliability, discretion and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to perform in a stable and demanding environment
