About the role
- Industrialization of complex technological products
- Define manufacturing processes and prepare execution documentation
- Optimize manufacturing lead times and verify process capability
- Manage capital investment budgets and meet delivery milestones
- Provide technical support to production teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure workplace safety
Requirements
- Master’s degree (equivalent to Bac+5) in general engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing/production or materials
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in a similar role
- Analysis of complex drawings (ISO standards, functional dimensioning)
- Proficient with an ERP system and planning tools (e.g., MS Project or Jira)
- Fluent English (read, spoken, written) required
