About the role

  • You will be the essential link between sales, operations and customers, ensuring satisfaction and smooth project delivery:
  • Administrative sales management: tracking contracts, orders, quotes and invoicing
  • Coordination of logistics and delivery tracking to ensure deadlines and service quality
  • Supporting sales teams in the preparation and follow-up of customer projects
  • Customer interface: providing support, tracking and responding to requests, and resolving issues
  • Monitoring KPIs and reporting activities to management
  • Optimizing internal processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the customer experience and service quality

Requirements

  • Initial experience in sales administration, commercial support or customer relations
  • Strong organizational skills and thoroughness in managing files
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and operations teams
  • Proactive, autonomous and takes initiative
  • Solution-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Interest in technical environments (IT, data centers, infrastructure) is a plus
  • Proficient with office tools and CRM systems
