About the role
- You will be the essential link between sales, operations and customers, ensuring satisfaction and smooth project delivery:
- Administrative sales management: tracking contracts, orders, quotes and invoicing
- Coordination of logistics and delivery tracking to ensure deadlines and service quality
- Supporting sales teams in the preparation and follow-up of customer projects
- Customer interface: providing support, tracking and responding to requests, and resolving issues
- Monitoring KPIs and reporting activities to management
- Optimizing internal processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the customer experience and service quality
Requirements
- Initial experience in sales administration, commercial support or customer relations
- Strong organizational skills and thoroughness in managing files
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and operations teams
- Proactive, autonomous and takes initiative
- Solution-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Interest in technical environments (IT, data centers, infrastructure) is a plus
- Proficient with office tools and CRM systems
