About the role
- Overall project leadership
- Develop and maintain the project schedule, define key milestones and plan project phases
- Oversee technical and contractual reviews
- Identify, analyze and monitor project risks
- Plan and allocate internal and external resources
- Establish reporting and communication processes among stakeholders
- Track the budget and performance indicators
- Coordinate interactions with industrial partners, academic institutions and vendors
- Supervise technical deliverables
- Integrate quality, safety and HSE requirements throughout the project
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent scientific qualification
- Significant experience managing complex projects, ideally in innovation or R&D within a demanding industrial environment (minimum 5–8 years)
- Strong command of project management methodologies
- Ability to coordinate technical teams and external partners
- Aptitude for structuring new approaches and solving innovative problems
- Very good professional level of English
