About the role

  • You identify and qualify new leads for our consulting and implementation services in the field of project and portfolio management
  • You initiate first contact with decision-makers and stakeholders by phone, email or other channels and excite them about our approaches and services
  • You analyze target customers, recognize their challenges and position Le Bihan as a relevant partner
  • You schedule appointments for our Account Executives and ensure a smooth handover, or conduct these conversations independently depending on the situation
  • You contribute your experience to further develop our lead-generation processes, use tools purposefully and test new outreach approaches

Requirements

  • A university degree (e.g., Business, Communications, Business Administration, Business Informatics) or an equivalent qualification
  • At least 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative or in a comparable role in B2B sales
  • Experience in the tech/software environment or with solution providers – ideally in the context of consulting, software implementation or enterprise solutions
  • Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
  • Enthusiasm for complex topics and the ability to communicate them clearly and engagingly
  • Confident use of modern CRM tools such as Pipedrive
