About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and build interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360 and other digital content creation tools.
Work with subject matter experts to turn complex content into clear, engaging learning experiences.
Get involved in the full digital learning design process as needed.
Keep existing digital learning content fresh, accurate and on brand.
Support content queries from the wider team and day-to-day management of our Learning Management System (Thinkific).
Work closely with colleagues across the business to make sure learning solutions actually land with the people they’re made for.
Share your ideas. We’re always open to new thinking on how to make the learner experience better.
Use AI tools to support content creation, while applying your own judgement and quality checks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Some real experience of creating digital learning, content design, or a related field. It doesn’t have to be corporate; freelance, voluntary or academic work all counts.
Passion for education and creating engaging learning experiences.
A grounding in learning design theory and practice is a bonus.
Practical experience with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise, or a comparable authoring tool and a genuine eagerness to pick up new ones.
A learner-centred mindset.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build working relationships across a team.
Good organisational skills and time management with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable across digital tools including MS Office, Learning Management Systems and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
