About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and build interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360 and other digital content creation tools.
  • Work with subject matter experts to turn complex content into clear, engaging learning experiences.
  • Get involved in the full digital learning design process as needed.
  • Keep existing digital learning content fresh, accurate and on brand.
  • Support content queries from the wider team and day-to-day management of our Learning Management System (Thinkific).
  • Work closely with colleagues across the business to make sure learning solutions actually land with the people they’re made for.
  • Share your ideas. We’re always open to new thinking on how to make the learner experience better.
  • Use AI tools to support content creation, while applying your own judgement and quality checks.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Some real experience of creating digital learning, content design, or a related field. It doesn’t have to be corporate; freelance, voluntary or academic work all counts.
  • Passion for education and creating engaging learning experiences.
  • A grounding in learning design theory and practice is a bonus.
  • Practical experience with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise, or a comparable authoring tool and a genuine eagerness to pick up new ones.
  • A learner-centred mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build working relationships across a team.
  • Good organisational skills and time management with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable across digital tools including MS Office, Learning Management Systems and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
