About the role

  • Responsible review of predominantly English-language documents such as loan requests, assessments, draft contracts and financial viability forecasts
  • Active monitoring of clients, tracking relevant market trends and developments, and reassessing situations when deviations occur, including adjusting assessments to mitigate risk
  • Individually developing suitable financing structures for each client, assessing economic viability and preparing loan applications with independent recommendations
  • Participation in the deal team in drafting and reviewing contracts and taking part in contract negotiations
  • Collaborative, networked work in exchange with colleagues and in close cooperation with the branches in London, New York and Singapore

Requirements

  • Degree in economics, business administration, finance or a related discipline
  • Professional experience in lending, ideally experience with corporate loans or structured finance
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension and the ability to distill complex issues to the essentials
  • Team-oriented attitude with a structured and independent working style
  • Confident interpersonal skills and professional presence, including in English
