About the role
- Responsible review of predominantly English-language documents such as loan requests, assessments, draft contracts and financial viability forecasts
- Active monitoring of clients, tracking relevant market trends and developments, and reassessing situations when deviations occur, including adjusting assessments to mitigate risk
- Individually developing suitable financing structures for each client, assessing economic viability and preparing loan applications with independent recommendations
- Participation in the deal team in drafting and reviewing contracts and taking part in contract negotiations
- Collaborative, networked work in exchange with colleagues and in close cooperation with the branches in London, New York and Singapore
Requirements
- Degree in economics, business administration, finance or a related discipline
- Professional experience in lending, ideally experience with corporate loans or structured finance
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension and the ability to distill complex issues to the essentials
- Team-oriented attitude with a structured and independent working style
- Confident interpersonal skills and professional presence, including in English
