About the role

  • Leadership/coaching and active support of employees
  • Implementation, operationalization and further development of the new Private Banking dimension based on our KPIs
  • Guiding clients into the new digital process environment
  • Ongoing integration of the VSR2 leadership principles
  • Acquisition of new clients in the Private Banking target group, including liberal and healthcare professionals and the next generation
  • Systematic implementation of a holistic advisory and client service strategy and enhancement of service quality
  • Increasing market penetration and revenues according to agreed qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Monitoring and achieving defined sales targets; developing and defining processes required to meet sales objectives
  • Building, maintaining and leveraging own networks in the region; representing the bank at appropriate events
  • Representing the branches and actively developing the market

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent further training; Financial Consultant qualification
  • Extensive knowledge and proven experience/success across all areas of the private banking client business, including individual lending/credit business
  • Willingness and strong aptitude for client acquisition
  • Regional market knowledge and network contacts
  • Customer-oriented and entrepreneurial approach
  • Assertiveness and persuasiveness
  • Ability to develop employees and motivate them toward goals and change
  • Demonstrated collaborative mindset, for example when working with corporate clients and cooperation partners
  • Enthusiasm for digital processes and change
  • Good communication and sales skills
  • High level of commitment and motivation
  • Successfully completed PEP 4 (leadership qualification)
