About the role

  • Close collaboration with corporate client advisors, specialist advisors and internal departments to support mid-sized corporate clients
  • Support for the department head by taking on organizational, administrative and clerical tasks
  • Planning, preparation and follow-up of appointments, meetings, events and projects in the client-facing sales area
  • Handling travel planning and expense reporting as well as managing internal and external correspondence
  • Independent handling of day-to-day business in the corporate client segment, particularly in the areas of payments, cash management and corporate portal solutions
  • Support for sales, implementation and administration of payment and service solutions in close coordination with client and deal teams
  • Maintenance and updating of client data, including collection of ownership and control structures and execution of KYC processes
  • Participation in digital service solutions, client campaigns and marketing activities in the corporate client business

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or banking vocational training, ideally supplemented by further qualifications
  • Initial to several years of professional experience in client-facing roles, banking and/or assistant functions
  • Confident use of MS Office and Outlook and experience with banking applications (e.g., OSPlus, Profis)
  • Discreet handling of sensitive information and a confident, professional presence
  • Proven strong organizational skills with an independent, structured and reliable working style
  • Ability and experience to build and maintain trusted client relationships
  • Polite manner and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible, motivated personality with very good German and good English skills
