About the role
- Perform startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance on LayerZero equipment: Static transfer switches, Power distribution equipment, Remote power panels
- Provide customer support while on site and via email and phone
- Maintain timely and detailed service records in the LayerZero system
- Provide emergency response for critical incidents
- Regularly scheduled time slots for 1-844-855-5977 LayerZero 24/7 incident response
Requirements
- Service experience with electric power systems – Required.
- Electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills – Required.
- Ability to read diagrams and schematics – Required.
- Familiarity with programming printed circuit boards via PC based programs – Required.
- Safety awareness and electrical PPE knowledge – Required.
- Electronics or electrical training from military service – Preferred.
- Clean driving record – Required.
