About the role

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and nurture leads through various inbound and outbound channels.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects to drive engagement.
  • Coordinate and schedule product demonstrations with internal teams or partners.
  • Assign qualified leads to appropriate distributors.
  • Deliver weekly lead list reports and updates.
  • Sales Process Support: Follow up weekly on pending demos and meetings.
  • Ensure proper conversion of leads into scheduled opportunities in the pipeline.
  • CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive).
  • Collaborate with AI-based SDR tools.
  • Prepare monthly reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.
  • Nurture data in ABM lists.
  • Identify key decision-makers and collect relevant contact information.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a pre-sales or sales support role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and lead generation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
  • Portuguese is a plus!
  • Ability to quickly learn technical products and communicate their value clearly.
  • Proactive and persistent approach to follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, independent work setting.
  • Bonus: Experience in agriculture or geospatial technology is a plus.
