About the role
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and nurture leads through various inbound and outbound channels.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects to drive engagement.
- Coordinate and schedule product demonstrations with internal teams or partners.
- Assign qualified leads to appropriate distributors.
- Deliver weekly lead list reports and updates.
- Sales Process Support: Follow up weekly on pending demos and meetings.
- Ensure proper conversion of leads into scheduled opportunities in the pipeline.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive).
- Collaborate with AI-based SDR tools.
- Prepare monthly reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.
- Nurture data in ABM lists.
- Identify key decision-makers and collect relevant contact information.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a pre-sales or sales support role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and lead generation tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
- Portuguese is a plus!
- Ability to quickly learn technical products and communicate their value clearly.
- Proactive and persistent approach to follow-ups and relationship building.
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, independent work setting.
- Bonus: Experience in agriculture or geospatial technology is a plus.
