About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including initial setup, configuration, and training
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for successful implementation of software solutions
Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate clients on using the platform effectively
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless handoff post-implementation
Gather client feedback and work with the Product team to enhance the platform
Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding and training materials

Requirements

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Familiarity with insurance or compliance industries is a plus
