About the role
- Orchestrating end-to-end processes from order intake to final CRM implementation.
- Responsible for data integrity and error-free data migrations.
- Coordinating requirements with internal stakeholders from Legal, Support, and Finance.
- Developing and improving the QBR engine.
- Preparing usage data into a clear, action-oriented narrative.
Requirements
- Initial relevant professional experience (e.g., internships, working-student roles, or 1–2 years in a permanent position) in operations, project management, or inside sales, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Confident in using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and project management tools.
- Strong affinity for digital processes and AI tools.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and self-driven.
- Business-fluent communication in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Assertive, solution-oriented, and pragmatic.
