About the role

  • Orchestrating end-to-end processes from order intake to final CRM implementation.
  • Responsible for data integrity and error-free data migrations.
  • Coordinating requirements with internal stakeholders from Legal, Support, and Finance.
  • Developing and improving the QBR engine.
  • Preparing usage data into a clear, action-oriented narrative.

Requirements

  • Initial relevant professional experience (e.g., internships, working-student roles, or 1–2 years in a permanent position) in operations, project management, or inside sales, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Confident in using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and project management tools.
  • Strong affinity for digital processes and AI tools.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and self-driven.
  • Business-fluent communication in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Assertive, solution-oriented, and pragmatic.
