About the role

  • Create and Manage technical project plans and schedules highlighting various development phases of our SDLC (software development life cycle)
  • Work with the engineers and the cross-functional project leaders to set and manage priorities
  • Understand technical aspects of the project and provide technical guidance to the team as needed
  • Coordinate across the teams to ensure everyone is aligned with the priorities and dependencies
  • Track progress routinely and communicate project status across the teams on a regular basis, making sure all parties are aware of the progress at all times
  • Identify, assess and mitigate potential risks throughout the project
  • Document and track dependencies, risks, and issues
  • Identify deliverables by functional group
  • Define Success criteria and monitor
  • Facilitate KPI, metrics definition, document data requirements and Reporting needs
  • Process definition and quality controls (checklists, signoffs, rollback plans)
  • Build and manage Project artifact repository
  • Ensure standards and best practices are followed to maintain consistency, repeatability, predictability

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience, as an Analyst, Development Manager or Developer, working with technical teams developing software applications.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Leader, Program Manager preferably using Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC principles and practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical and project-related issues.
  • Ability to motivate and guide teams, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration.
  • Excellent facilitation skills with ability to influence change at higher levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of competency.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and unforeseen challenges.
  • Ability to balance stakeholder needs and project constraints.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.
