About the role
- Own and execute a multi-year revenue enablement strategy aligned to company growth goals, GTM motions, and key revenue KPIs.
- Build and scale a high-impact enablement organization, coaching and developing a team while establishing clear performance standards and career paths.
- Design and deliver role-based onboarding, training, certifications, and coaching programs that improve productivity, conversion rates, and time-to-ramp.
- Establish scalable enablement frameworks, methodologies, and operating rhythms that drive consistency and predictability across the revenue organization.
- Build and maintain a centralized enablement ecosystem, including sales plays, messaging, competitive intelligence, tools, and knowledge management.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify performance gaps and enable successful product launches and revenue initiatives.
- Own and optimize sales tools and technologies, driving adoption, effectiveness, and measurable ROI. Lead major revenue moments such as sales kickoffs, quarterly business reviews, and readiness cycles.
- Define, track, and report on enablement metrics, translating insights into action plans that consistently improve revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue Enablement, GTM Strategy, or similar roles within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment; at least 3–5 years leading enablement teams.
- Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to senior sales and GTM executives.
- Demonstrated experience architecting scalable enablement frameworks across multi-product, multi-segment revenue teams.
- Strong command of Salesforce and proficiency with tools such as Outreach, Gong, Highspot, Intercom, and other components of the modern revenue stack.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; able to craft compelling narratives and deliver executive-level presentations.
- Deep passion for developing talent—motivated by helping individuals and teams reach new levels of performance.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights, insights into strategy, and strategy into action.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI technologies to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and improve enablement efficiency.
- Curiosity, humility, and the desire to master a complex domain while iterating toward excellence.
