About the role
- Own configuration, design, functionality and end-user support of the Salesforce.com platform used across sales, marketing, and operations
- Configure Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Settings to support 300+ users
- Work with other SFDC administrators/developers to maintain best-practice architecture (custom objects, record types, fields, layouts, formulas, validation rules, flows, approvals, packages)
- Manage/support/implement integrations connected to Salesforce (Marketo, Intercom, Zuora, Zoom, Outreach, Gong, OKTA, etc.)
- Maintain Salesforce system health/configuration in development, QA, UAT and production environments
- Manage multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication
- Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective use of the platform
- Document processes, best practices, and solutions for technical and non-technical users

Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required); Advanced Administrator (Preferred)
- 2+ years of solid hands-on experience in Salesforce administration
- Experience in Salesforce Lightning UI Design
- Strong understanding of API / Integration configurations (managed packages, middleware like Workato or Zapier)
- Strong business analysis and functional experience (requirements gathering, creating and deploying solutions)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills
- Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API
- A bachelor\'s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in English
- Located in Bogota, Colombia or Medellin, Colombia and willing to work in a hybrid work schedule
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows
