Drive data self-service: Lead the transition from manual, ad-hoc data pulls to natural language querying and intuitive self-service tools, enabling business users to access the data they need more efficiently.
Be a thought partner to GTM leadership: Own end-to-end analytical workstreams that inform revenue-driving decisions across GTM strategy, pipeline forecasting, segmentation, pricing, campaign effectiveness, and sales performance.
Develop board-ready insights and reporting that clearly articulate performance drivers and influence quarterly strategy.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking KPIs across awareness, pipeline health, conversion, CAC, velocity, and retention.
Identify and diagnose conversion bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities across the funnel, partnering with GTM leaders to recommend and execute improvements.
Deliver recurring performance reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) that equips GTM and executive teams with timely, actionable insights.
Partner with RevOps, Marketing Ops, and Data Engineering to ensure consistent, high-quality data pipelines and reliable reporting infrastructure.
Write and optimize SQL queries and leverage BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) to deliver performant dashboards and analyses.
Conduct regular data audits to ensure data hygiene, integrity, and trustworthiness across GTM systems.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably within transactional SaaS companies.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or equivalent) as well as Salesforce.
Demonstrated ability to create impactful dashboards and reports with strong visualizations and storytelling.
Proven ability to present confidently to senior and executive leadership.
Strong project management skills to lead the full analytics lifecycle—from scoping to delivery to influencing action.
This position is preferably based in Austin, Texas.
