About the role

  • Qualify, monitor, and maintain support tickets throughout the ticket lifecycle.
  • Monitor and document service activities in NA.
  • Helpdesk tasks for customers Overseas RMAs in NA.
  • Work closely with Lawo headquarters in Germany.
  • Spare-part handling.
  • Logistical preparation of product demos, loaners, and tradeshows.
  • Prepare, document, and monitor rental jobs.
  • Packaging and shipment.
  • Inventory tracking using Lawo ‘s logistics software.

Requirements

  • Education in broadcast, audio, IT, business, or related field is required.
  • Experience in the broadcast environment, on-air broadcast operations, IP-projects
  • Self-motivated and structured
  • Desire to help the customer and deliver service excellence.
  • Passion for structured work and documentation
  • Experience in technical customer service and using ticketing systems.
  • Experience in a broadcast environment is an asset.
  • Spanish, Portuguese, and German language skills are an asset.
  • Structured way of working and passion for problem-solving
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an engaging and professional way of interacting with customers.
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, working alone and in a team with little to no supervision.
