- Actively manage budgets and performance across geographies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Director-level hire
- Experience in paid social acquisition management across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Hands-on execution and full funnel management
- Ability to build campaigns, manage budgets, and analyze performance data
- Structured experimenter with clear testing frameworks
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in using AI tools for performance analysis
- Ability to manage two-sided acquisition
Benefits
Comp & perks- Base salary: $175,000 - $205,000
