About the role
- Conduct internal evaluations of customer and client interactions (Sales or Operations, depending on role) and provide actionable feedback to team members
- Identify trends and areas for improvement, and partner with team leads to develop and implement solutions
- Develop, document, and maintain quality assurance standards, processes, and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in service quality
- Stay up to date on industry standards and best practices in quality assurance
Requirements
- Must be T3 for Ops, or T1 an above for Sales
- Must currently meet or exceed QA standards.
- Must not have any active written warnings.
- Must have excellent attendance.
- Open to all locations.
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm Central Time.
- Prior experience in quality assurance is beneficial but not required.
