About the role
- Working with leadership team on product strategy, vision, priorities and roadmap across the entire business
- Coordinating the definition, creation and release of new features and products
- Owning the product management process end-to-end
- Running regular product meetings: customer interviews, feedback synthesis, prioritisation workshops, product launches, retrospectives, etc.
- Creating and maintaining processes for continuous customer feedback and discovery and speaking to users regularly
- Managing multiple roadmaps across our platform, AI products and websites
- Ensuring our products evolve quickly with the best learning and iteration practices
- Using data and product analytics tools to communicate and inform product decisions
- Improving the NPS score of our products
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in a Product Management role
- You have a track record of delivering exceptional work and can demonstrate it
- You have experience in fast paced and high growth environments
- You are highly organised and can demonstrate your attention to detail
- You’re motivated and ambitious, capable of learning and adapting quickly
- You have a deep understanding of modern product management practices
- You’ve run product management processes end to end in fast moving product teams, collaborating with designers and engineers
- You've managed consumer products and websites and made product decisions affecting tens of thousands of users
- You're technical and data-driven and have extensive experience using product analytics tools
- You have an eye for design and usability
