Key responsibilities & impact

Advocate for delivering an engaging experience that delights users at every step
Research and collect feedback from internal and external stakeholders
Develop a holistic view of the user journey
Work with UI/UX designers and product marketing to design the experience
Translate desired experience into roadmap items and actionable user stories
Lead a cross-functional team to build and iterate on user experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree required
Background in EdTech or admissions with at least 3 years of product management experience
Familiarity or prior working experience with utilization of recommendation algorithms / systems
Knowledge of and working experience with Agile methods and principles preferably KanBan
Experience analyzing customer feedback, user research, engagement data and performance data to guide and inform the product roadmap
