About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set marketing direction, manage people, and ensure consistent execution across all marketing channels
- Oversee a marketing team of three, with potential growth to four team members
- Oversee the firm's website, digital campaigns, content systems, and brand presence
- Guide the team in translating complex immigration law concepts into clear, client-centered messaging
- Supervise and mentor the marketing team, assign priorities, review work for quality, compliance, and effectiveness, and ensure deadlines and KPIs are met
- Lead website strategy, including structure, UX, landing pages, and conversion optimization
- Ensure content aligns with legal accuracy and business goals
- Oversee content creation for video, social media, email, and web platforms
- Manage and optimize paid marketing efforts, including Google Ads and landing pages, focusing on lead quality, ROI, and ethical compliance
- Direct SEO and GEO strategy and execution, including keyword priorities, content planning, and performance tracking
- Analyze marketing data across channels, monitor KPIs, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and present actionable recommendations to firm leadership
- Implement systems, workflows, and tools such as Monday.com and AI-assisted workflows
- Work closely with firm leadership to align marketing strategy with business objectives, intake capacity, and growth plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience
- Preferably experience in law firms, professional services, or agency environments
- Proven experience leading and managing a marketing team or function in a U.S.-based company, including delegation, performance oversight, and mentoring
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), content strategy, social media, email campaigns, and analytics
- Proficiency with Webflow is required, including website management, page updates, CMS content, and basic conversion optimization
- Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategy and execute end-to-end campaigns, from planning through performance analysis
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, priorities, and team performance in a results-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to review, train, and mentor staff
- Data-driven and analytical mindset, with experience using marketing metrics and KPIs to guide decisions
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote, high-accountability environment
- Prior experience in law firm marketing or regulated professional services is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Advanced certifications are a plus
- Mandarin Chinese and/or Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required
- Resume/CV highlighting marketing experience, leadership experience, and technical skill set
- Portfolio or examples of marketing campaigns, strategic plans, websites, or content initiatives
- Practical assessment of relevant abilities
- Must overlap 4 hours with U.S. business hours (PST/PDT)
