About the role
- Work closely with 2-3 of our litigation attorneys, helping build our litigation cases.
- Gather evidence, review records, communicate with clients, liaise with experts.
- Schedule mediations, prepare for and attend trials, and more.
- Think critically and investigate to help uncover the truth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience, personal injury plaintiffs’ preferred.
- Must reside within NC or SC, or within reasonable driving distance to CLT office.
- Must be available to work three to four days in the CLT office to support Attorney staff.
- Able to attend trials, including some overnight stays.
