About the role

  • Work closely with 2-3 of our litigation attorneys, helping build our litigation cases.
  • Gather evidence, review records, communicate with clients, liaise with experts.
  • Schedule mediations, prepare for and attend trials, and more.
  • Think critically and investigate to help uncover the truth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience, personal injury plaintiffs’ preferred.
  • Must reside within NC within reasonable driving distance to Durham or Raleigh office.
  • Must be available to work three to four days in the Durham or Raleigh office to support Attorney staff.
  • Able to attend trials, including some overnight stays.
