About the role
- Work closely with 2-3 of our litigation attorneys, helping build our litigation cases.
- Gather evidence, review records, communicate with clients, liaise with experts, schedule mediations, prepare for and attend trials, and more.
- Think critically and investigate to help uncover the truth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of paralegal experience (plaintiffs’ personal injury with litigation experience preferred)
- Must reside within driving distance of Greenville, SC
- Able to attend trials, including some overnight stays.
- First 30 days on onboarding and training will be done in Greenville, SC office
