You’ll answer client questions, actively provide updates, offer guidance through medical treatment, review records, liaise with experts, schedule mediations, prepare for and attend trials, and more.
Your job is to think critically and keep cases moving for a wide spectrum of clients.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in personal injury or a similar field (additional experience working in pre-litigation is a plus.)
Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred but not required.
Organized, decisive & able to handle a high volume of work.
