About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the sales force, translating corporate directives into regional action plans
  • Manage profitability and growth indicators with a focus on sustainable results
  • Prospect and develop corporate clients (legal entities), expanding the commercial portfolio within the region
  • Commercialize financial products, focusing on receivables financing, working capital and structured transactions via FIDC
  • Identify scaling opportunities and lead negotiations with large accounts (Key Accounts)
  • Prepare, present and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts, ensuring profitability, financial viability and compliance with internal policies
  • Mentor internal teams and external agents, promoting a culture of excellence and meritocracy
  • Lead strategic negotiations and partnerships from prospecting through deal closing
  • Conduct commercial visits and hold meetings with clients and partners, in person or remotely
  • Analyze opportunities and financial transactions, assessing viability, risk and alignment with the client profile
  • Set targets, commercial strategies and action plans to grow the portfolio and raise funds in the FIDC segment
  • Monitor targets, commercial performance indicators (KPIs) and client portfolio performance
  • Track the financial market and competitors, identifying trends, opportunities and best practices relevant to the FIDC segment
  • Participate in financial sector events, trade shows and conferences to support networking and market knowledge
  • Collaborate with internal areas (finance, legal and operations) to ensure alignment, integration and efficiency in commercial processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of FIDC, receivables financing, structured credit or the financial markets
  • Analytical ability to understand financial transactions and manage portfolios
  • Skill in developing and implementing commercial strategies for the financial sector
  • Knowledge of CVM regulations (e.g., ICVM 356 / CVM Resolution 175) and experience with document review and corporate client onboarding
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Established relationships with corporate clients
  • Consultative, strategic and results-oriented profile
  • Team leadership and management experience
