About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate webcast, custom content, lead generation, and other digital marketing campaigns from kickoff through completion
- Manage campaign timelines, project plans, and workflows using Monday.com or similar platforms
- Communicate project status, deadlines, and risks to internal stakeholders
- Partner with Sales, Client Success, and Marketing teams to gather requirements and coordinate approvals
- Perform quality assurance on emails, links, audience selections, and campaign components
- Coordinate email deployments and resolve execution issues
- Maintain campaign documentation and improve operational workflows
- Build, validate, and optimize audience segments using marketing databases and audience tools
- Develop audience recommendations based on campaign objectives, historical performance, and customer data
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and data governance standards
- Prepare recurring client reports summarizing campaign performance and key metrics
- Analyze campaign results and identify trends
- Participate in client meetings and status calls, providing operational updates and campaign insights
- Respond to routine client requests and coordinate follow-up with internal teams
- Recommend and document process improvements and operational best practices
- Stay current on digital marketing, email marketing, and marketing operations trends and technologies
- Support additional marketing initiatives and special projects as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, marketing operations, campaign management, or a related field
- Experience with marketing databases, CRM platforms, and/or marketing automation tools
- Experience building audience segments and managing customer data
- Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Wrike, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience preparing client reports and interpreting campaign performance
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, and SharePoint
- Preferred: experience with Sailthru, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms
- Preferred: familiarity with webinar and webcast platforms
- Preferred: experience supporting client-facing marketing programs
- Preferred: knowledge of HTML and email quality assurance best practices
- Preferred: experience in B2B media, publishing, or professional services
- Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus
