About the role
- Responsible for independently planning, executing, and analyzing costs associated with the distribution of agricultural inputs.
- Perform detailed analyses of operational costs;
- Review operational costs across different company divisions, identifying variances and their causes;
- Assess the effectiveness of cost-control strategies and propose improvements;
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of records in SAP;
- Keep cost records up to date and accurate in the SAP system;
- Identify and correct any discrepancies in financial data;
- Plan and coordinate regular physical inventories;
- Organize and oversee physical inventory counts of stock;
- Ensure compliance with inventory procedures and accuracy of stock records;
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports;
- Develop and present detailed cost reports, highlighting trends and areas of concern;
- Support management in strategic decision-making through accurate and timely analyses;
- Prepare documentation and reports for internal and external audits;
- Provide full support during internal and external audits;
- Ensure that all required documentation complies with accounting and regulatory standards;
- Participate in the development and monitoring of performance KPIs;
- Collaborate in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to costs;
- Analyze KPI results and propose corrective actions when necessary.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
- Familiarity with SAP or Protheus for cost and inventory control and analysis;
- Advanced Excel;
- Skills: Analytical ability, communication skills, and project leadership.
