About the role
- Responsible for developing and implementing fixed and variable compensation strategies, structuring and operationalizing policies and programs to support and guide the business
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate compensation analyses and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders
- Provide support and guidance to managers and Business Partners on compensation-related matters
- Stay up to date on compensation best practices and labor legislation
- Conduct salary surveys as needed
- Conduct studies of variable compensation models related to short- and long-term incentives
- Perform PPR (profit-sharing) and bonus calculations
- Execute employee movements/transactions when necessary
- Conduct internal and external audits, managing the scope and delivery of required documentation
- Provide support and guidance to the Payroll HR team and Business Partners
- Monitor the personnel budget
- Support managers and Business Partners in updating and creating job descriptions
- Prepare and submit monthly provisions
- Responsible for admission, termination and transfer requests
- Provide the monthly Compensation and Benefits statement
- Prepare and report departmental KPIs/metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of compensation methodologies
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience with the Sênior HR system
