About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end onboarding, deployment, and production rollout of the platform for strategic enterprise accounts
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts
Build long-term customer relationships and drive adoption across complex on-premises and hybrid environments
Design scalable, secure workflows spanning compute, storage, networking, and distributed systems across AWS, GCP, Azure, and on-premises Kubernetes
Translate ambiguous customer requirements into concrete technical architecture
Build post-sales deployment processes and playbooks from 0 to 1
Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Research
Relay field learnings to shape the product roadmap
Travel to customer sites as needed to support critical deployments and high-stakes engagements
Guide customers from signed contract through production stabilization and ongoing adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–10 years of experience in a post-sales individual-contributor capacity, owning customer deployments as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Post-Sales Solutions Engineer/Architect, Implementation Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or customer-facing engineer
Hands-on machine learning and model training experience, including pre-training, mid-training, and post-training concepts
Real experience deploying software into enterprise customer infrastructure
Strong Python proficiency (required)
AWS proficiency (required)
Track record of owning the full post-sales enterprise lifecycle, including onboarding and optimization
Experience building post-sales processes or playbooks from scratch
Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-stakes, and fast-moving environments
Technical degree (CS or equivalent)
Ability to translate ambiguous customer requirements into concrete technical architecture
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed, roughly 15%
Exposure to multi-cloud environments (GCP, Azure), on-prem or hybrid Kubernetes, or broader ML tooling is a nice-to-have
Ability to complete live Python coding, system design, architecture, technical deep-dive, behavioral, stakeholder, and cross-functional interviews
Authorization to work in the United States; visa transfers, including OPT and H-1B transfers, are supported
