Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–8 years of experience in product engineering, shipping browser automation, web scraping, or AI agent tooling to external developers
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js (required)
  • Hands-on depth in Playwright, Puppeteer, browser-use, Stagehand, or Chromium internals
  • Track record of owning features end-to-end without a PM or designer
  • Demonstrated focus on developer experience, including API latency, response format, error messages, and documentation
  • Bias toward shipping in days and comfort making decisions with imperfect data
  • Able to work hybrid from the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Founding engineer, MTS, or infrastructure engineer experience at a DevTools or AI-agent startup is a bonus
  • Repeat founder or founder-CEO background with a shipped product and GitHub traction is a bonus
  • Hands-on understanding of AI agent tool selection and reliable prompt-based browser interaction is a bonus
  • Open to visa transfers, including OPT and H-1B transfers
