About the role

  • Analyzes and redesigns the organizational structure to improve efficiency, defining roles, responsibilities, and organizational levels that are consistent with strategy and FMCG best practices.
  • Supports processes related to reorganization, business growth, or transformation.
  • Examines and designs end-to-end processes, implementing operating models that clarify interactions between functions, responsibilities, and governance.
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of policies and procedures in line with regulations and standards, ensuring that operating models and processes are compliant and supporting the mitigation of organizational and HR risks.
  • Evaluates and encourages the adoption of new digital technologies to support HR and organizational processes, collaborating with IT and Digital teams to foster efficiency, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Acts as an internal consultant for management, facilitating workshops and working sessions on organizational topics, and translating business needs into concrete and sustainable solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field
  • ~5 years’ experience in Organizational Development, HR Transformation, Consulting, or similar roles
  • Solid digital and financial foundations, including HR system expertise (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and basic finance knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills; fluent in English.
