About the role
- Design, develop, and validate new electronic sub-assemblies and related components
- Create and maintain design and manufacturing specifications for new and existing electronic products
- Manage electronic development projects from concept to launch, ensuring compliance with processes, specifications, cost, and timeline targets
- Produce and maintain complete technical and project documentation to support future maintenance and product lifecycle needs
- Define and manage technical specifications for outsourced system design and coordinate with internal engineering teams
Requirements
- Strong electronics background (analog, digital, and power) with experience in electrical design
- Hands-on laboratory skills and practical prototyping capabilities (e.g., soldering, test rig setup)
- Solid knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes (SMD, PTH, wave soldering, inspection, coating) and End-of-Line testing (ICT, FCT), including MCU programming processes
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and their application in product development
- Understanding of equipment development processes and mechatronic systems (preferably in coffee machines)
