About the role

  • Management, development and activation of Lavazza Germany’s Single Serve portfolio in Retail & E‑Commerce
  • Strategic lead for the e‑commerce-specific assortment across all product segments
  • Development of a profitable product pipeline and identification of growth opportunities based on comprehensive consumer and market analysis
  • Strategic marketing planning and implementation of all BTL consumer activations
  • Result-oriented work with consumer and market data and derivation of concrete actions
  • Close cooperation within the cross-functional team, including Content & Communications, Sales, Trade Marketing and Headquarters, as well as with external agencies
  • Budget planning and management, including invoicing in SAP and preparation of reports

Requirements

  • At least 3–4 years of experience in FMCG with a focus on Marketing/Product Management
  • Experience with global product launches to a local market and portfolio development
  • Knowledge of and experience in the German market and working in a diverse matrix organization
  • Strong understanding of e‑commerce and digital activation, particularly for established brands
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to find creative solutions within cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable with change and able to continuously drive processes forward
  • Business-level English; knowledge of German is a plus
