About the role
- Analyze pricing, promotions, category profitability, and performance trends using advanced analytics and competitive intelligence.
- Co-design global pricing strategies with HQ and local teams to protect margins and optimize value.
- Coordinate forecasting and budgeting with Finance, Commercial HQ, and Business Units.
- Develop reporting tools to monitor product/customer performance and identify margin opportunities.
- Monitor distributor value chains and lead cross-country benchmarking to harmonize trade policies.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Portfolio, and Marketing teams for aligned RGM execution.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in analytical roles (business analysis, reporting, market analysis).
- International experience (study or work abroad) strongly valued.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with reporting tools and willingness to learn advanced analytics platforms.
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving attitude.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
