About the role
- Support the monitoring of food safety deliverables throughout development stages
- Assist in defining ingredient specifications and process parameters for new products
- Help identify applicable legal requirements and internal Food Safety Targets
- Draft and maintain the analytical Food Safety Control Plan
- Contribute to documentation and data handling, supporting interactions with external labs
Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Safety Technology or Legal Studies (with focus on food law or regulatory compliance)
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Good Excel and Power-Point skills
- Good knowledge of principal food contaminants and regulatory requirements
