About the role
- Develop deep business knowledge to formulate clear, strategic recommendations at brand, category, channel and customer levels from the perspective of medium- and long-term profitability
- Regular analysis and advisory support on Lavazza promotion strategy and activities for the sales teams, with the goal of increasing ROI
- Support and advise our portfolio team in developing a profitable and sustainable product portfolio and an associated innovation pipeline
- Systematically monitor competitor activities in pricing and promotions to derive relevant market insights
- Establish effective commercial terms structures in close collaboration with Sales and Finance teams, applying pay-for-performance principles
- Lead and further develop RGM tools and processes and implement them as standardized market and performance reports
- Ensure the implementation of commercial guidelines across all sales teams and track relevant financial KPIs and market outcomes
Requirements
- At least four years of experience in controlling, sales and/or business analytics
- Analytical mindset combined with commercial acumen
- Strong skills in analyzing and preparing complex data from multiple sources and deriving actionable recommendations
- Experience working in matrix organizations
- Proficient with MS Office, Power BI and BI applications such as SAP Tara
- Fluent in German and English; Italian is a plus
- University degree in Business Administration or Finance; other degrees possible
