About the role

  • Support the implementation of machine projects with a focus on cost-effectiveness, sustainability and process optimization
  • Maintain the machine portfolio and coordinate price and data changes with Controlling, Procurement and Asset Accounting
  • Serve as Salesforce Key User for case and work-order management, system maintenance, rollout of new features and training
  • Manage spare parts including item codes, pricing and order processing in SAP and coordinate with Headquarters
  • Execute purchase and invoicing processes and maintain data in Salesforce and SAP
  • Coordinate retrofits and machine exchanges for assigned customers and monitor IoT systems
  • Prepare reports and update master data

Requirements

  • Completed business/administrative training or equivalent qualification, ideally with experience in machine management
  • At least three years of professional experience in after-sales, back office or a comparable role, ideally in the FMCG sector
  • Strong knowledge of SAP R/3 (HANA) and MS Office (especially Excel); Salesforce experience desirable
  • Proactive, solution-oriented working style with a focus on digital tools and modern ways of working
  • Strong results and quality orientation, organizational talent and enjoyment of project work
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with international stakeholders
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; Italian is a plus
  • Good understanding of reporting, data maintenance, process analysis and cost optimization
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility
