About the role

  • You create and analyze field sales reports (KPIs, distribution, etc.)
  • You ensure our dashboards, tools & reports are always up to date and accurate
  • You support the field sales agency in day-to-day operations and coordinate operational processes
  • You actively participate in projects for process optimization and digital development
  • You manage quotes and invoices and maintain relevant databases and overviews
  • You coordinate the field stock/warehouse and organize the shipping of materials and samples
  • You act as an interface and work closely with various departments such as Sales, Logistics, Controlling, and more.

Requirements

  • You have initial professional experience in sales—ideally in the FMCG sector and in a field sales environment
  • You have strong numerical aptitude and work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
  • You are confident with Excel, PowerPoint, and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • You are a communicative organizational talent and keep an overview even when dealing with many interfaces
  • You communicate confidently in German and English
