• Manage the end-to-end hiring process for entry-level to mid-management roles across PR and Content teams.
• Manage the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and consistently source diverse talent through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
• Ensure every candidate has a seamless, transparent and high-touch experience, regardless of the hiring outcome.
• Regularly assess current learning and development framework and partner with senior leads to build and maintain ongoing initiatives that align curriculum with team objectives and technology advancements.
• Own the logistics of welcoming new "Squad" members and ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
• Assist with maintaining our HRIS (Human Resources Information System), manage employee records and assist with benefits administration.
• Assist in planning agency-wide events and employee recognition programs.
