About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive impactful data insights for top FLB brands through building strategic client partnerships and shape marketing strategies using Launchmetrics products
Understand customers' marketing and communication goals to precisely scope their needs and priorities
Be accountable for its customers portfolio, report on customer accounts’ health and join regular account reviews
Ensure that appropriate client contacts, documentation, reviews, reports, and risk are added to Salesforce
Deliver customers’ reports & analysis on time, responsible for customer training and proactively communicate on product improvements
Collect customer needs and share feedback around new KPIs and measurement analyses to internal teams
Identify opportunities for upsell and cross sell and support the pre-sales process as a data and consulting expert
Identify trends and patterns in datasets to build detailed and insightful reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years experience with data analytics and management
Intermediate Excel skills and appetite for analysis and writing data-driven insights
Confident in leading presentations through storytelling to customers, engaging across different levels of their organization
Ability to engage with a wide variety of team members at different levels
Strong relationship building and influencing skills
Demonstrate an ability to adapt to complex and changing environments
Strong project management skills
Ability to understand customers’ business challenges and needs
Demonstrates innate curiosity and enthusiasm for doing new things in new ways
Deals with issues constructively, seeking effective resolution and swift decision making
Perceptive and sensitive to the needs and motivations of others
