Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years designing digital products with impact on activation, conversion, or retention
- Growth design experience in B2B software in a developer or technical product context
- You've run design experiments end-to-end
- Experience directly with funnel data, activation metrics, and voice-of-customer analysis
- Comfortable doing 0→1 exploration on an ambiguous and emerging problem
