About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage with customers to provide expert advice on Skechers products and ensure an excellent shopping experience
Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and security protocols
Mentor and support team members in customer service, sales, and daily operations
Contribute to store and individual sales targets through effective selling techniques and product promotion
Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness
Oversee stock and inventory routines and collaborate with store management on operational needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Problem-solving skills to resolve in-store issues
Highly organized to manage inventory, staffing, and operational tasks
Ability and desire to foster a respectful, safe, and fun environment
Comfortable mentoring team members and communicating with all levels of the store team
Acts with confidentiality and urgency
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Previous Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor experience preferred but not required
Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Must be at least 18 years old at application
