About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years experience with direct response creative strategy ownership and performance media buying
  • Strong hook identification and persona targeting understanding
  • Experience writing production-ready briefs
  • Performance data fluency
  • Managing UGC creators from sourcing through delivery
  • Ability to work across multiple verticals and formats simultaneously
  • Strong copywriting ability for scripts, hooks, headlines, and ad copy
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for creative strategy
