About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor customer funnel performance across Skechers.com and the mobile app.
Identify trends, friction points, and opportunities to improve conversion and customer engagement.
Support analysis of product performance, promotions, pricing, and customer behavior.
Track and report on key site performance KPIs and business impacts.
Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives focused on improving conversion and customer experience.
Analyze customer behavior using tools such as GA4, Quantum Metric, FullStory, or similar platforms.
Help prepare weekly and monthly business performance updates.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, statistics, economics, or related field
2–4 years of experience in digital analytics, e-commerce, CRO, or related fields
Experience with GA4 and digital analytics platforms
Basic understanding of A/B testing and experimentation principles
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Interest in AI-powered shopping, search, and personalization is a plus.
