Customer Service Representative, Portuguese, Spanish, English

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor customer orders through the Wholesale market
- Manage a high volume of calls
- Ensure the highest level of customer service to our wholesale customers.
- Provide post-sales service that adds value to the customer relationship.
- Manage calls, orders, replenishments, in-store service support, tagging, logistical issues.
- EDI integration.
- Sales reporting and analysis.
- Process necessary refunds or exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
- Work according to SOXX policies and procedures.
- Collaboration/communication with the Finance, Marketing, and Sales Network Department.
- Ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as requested/assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Good presentation and numerical skills
- Good management of EXCEL - management of Pivot Tables, formulation, and Macros
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good computer skills
- Data entry accuracy (alpha and numerical)
- Ability to interpret documents such as customer orders, emails, safety regulations, company policies, and operational/maintenance instructions.
- Languages: good command of Spanish, Portuguese, and intermediate English.
