Sales Development Representative – Education Services

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect, oversee, and conduct outbound outreach
- Engage potential students and families through various communication channels (phone, email, social media).
- Schedule consultations to evaluate needs and promote our educational services.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback from prospects to help improve service offerings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of prior experience in sales, within the education sector.
- Exceptionally strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 10 hours per week of availability
- Proficiency in general Education CRM systems and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
